With millions of teenage fans and young adults listening and participating in this underground scene for the last two decades; names such as Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, DJ Dan, and Tiesto have become superstars. The Underground Rock Star is a weekly 60-minute reality program that is an up -for -grabs opportunity of a lifetime! Two aspiring d-jay/producers compete at a chance of taking their career to the next level. What’s on the line? The dream; every artist craves the opportunity to make their passion a career. The reality of one day getting the all star booking agent, playing the big club, the big crowd, and flying to some exotic global hot spot to play for a hedonistic crowd is all within reach. These contestants will be tested and pushed emotionally as they will depend on themselves and the people that surround them with to win each task and ultimately their dream.
